摘要
从中药知母（ＡｎｅｍａｒｈｅｎａａｓｐｈｏｄｅｌｏｉｄｅｓＢｇｅ．）中分离出一种新的呋甾皂苷，用化学和光谱方法确定其结构为：（２５Ｓ）２６ＯβＤ吡喃葡萄糖基５β呋甾２０（２２）烯２β，３β２６三醇３ＯβＤ吡喃葡萄糖基（１→２）βＤ吡喃半乳糖苷，命名为知母皂苷Ｄ．
A new furostanol saponin was isolated from the traditional Chinese medicine Anemarrhena asphodeloides Bge.On the basis of the chemical evidence and spectral analysis,the structure of this compound was elucidated as(25 S) 26 O β D glucopyranosyl 5 β furost 20(22) en 2β,3β,26 triol 3 O β D glucopyranosyl(1→2) β D galactopyranoside.It is a new compound named timosaponin D.
