摘要
采用ＨＰＬＣ测定清喉咽颗粒剂中黄芩苷的含量，以甲醇—０２％磷酸溶液（７０∶３０）为流动相，检测波长为３１７ｎｍ，黄芩苷在０～０４９２０μｇ范围内线性关系良好，ｒ＝０９９７。平均回收率为１００９％，ＲＳＤ＝０９９％（ｎ＝５）。方法简便，准确。
This assay presents the determination of Baicalin in Qinghouyan granules.Baicalin is separated by Alltima C 18 column(4 6 mm×250 mm)and detected at 317 nm.Mobile phase is methanol-0 2 % phosphoric acid solution(70∶30).The calibration curve is linear between 0～0 4920 μg with a correlation coefficient of 0 9997.The average recovery was 100 9 % with RDS of 0 99 %.The method is simple and quick with the high sensitivity.
