摘要
目的:介绍一种测定粉吸入剂微粒的方法多层液体冲击器法,考察流速和吸入器对布地奈德粉吸入剂微粒分布的影响。方法:采用多层液体冲击器法与HPLC测定不同粒径范围内布地奈德的含量。结果:布地奈德粉吸入剂微粒分布与流速、吸入器的结构均有关,吸出量在流速30L·min-1~60L·min-1范围内随流速的增加而增大。结论:多层液体冲击器法是一种有效。
OBJECTIVE:To introduce a method for determination of size distribution of powders for inhalation by multistage liquid impinger,and study the effects of flow rate and structure of turbuhaler on the size distribution of budesonide powders for inhalation.METHOD:The contents of budesonide in different size range were determined by multistage liquid impinger and HPLC.RESULTS:The size distribution of budesonide powders for inhalation was affected by flow rate and structure of turbuhaler.The amount of the drug inhaled increased proportionally to the flow rate in the range of 30 L·min -1 ~60 L·min -1 .CONCLUSION:Multistage liquid impinger method is proved to be effective and accurate for quality control of powders for inhalation.
