摘要
目的：对国内外２０个厂家银杏叶提取物制剂中萜类内酯的含量进行考察，以对比国内外银杏叶制剂的质量状况。方法：采用高效液相示差折光检测法测定银杏叶提取物制剂中白果内酯及银杏内酯Ａ，Ｂ，Ｃ的含量，回收率及精密度良好。结果：萜类内酯的含量参差不齐，所考察的国内绝大部分产品萜类内酯含量低，或白果内酯与银杏内酯比例失调。结论：为保证我国银杏叶制剂的质量与疗效。
OBJECTIVES:To inspect on the contents of terpenlactones in the preparation of Ginkgo biloba extract of 20 pharmaceutical factories home and abroad,and to compare their quality conditions.METHOD:We used HPLC refractive index detective method to determine the contents of bilobalide and ginkgolide A,B,C in the preparation of Ginkgo biloba extract.RESULTS:The contents of terpenlactones were quite different.Most of the preparations of Chinese pharmaceutical factories we inspected have low contents of terpenlactones,or the contents of bilobalide and ginkgolide are out of proportion.CONCLUSION:To guarantee the quality and effectiveness of the preparation of Ginkgo biloba extract we should farther study the manufacturing technology of Ginkgo biloba extract and its preparation and set up unified specifications.
