摘要
泊位共享是提高停车设施利用效率的重要方法。从分析国内外停车共享理论入手,剖析建筑物配建停车泊位对外共享的可能性,提出泊位共享的前提与形式,明确泊位共享的优越性,针对停车泊位共享在现实中存在的推行不力问题,提出其应对策略,为我国城市配建停车泊位对外共享的实践提供指导。
Shared parking is an important method to improve the using efficiency of parking facilities. This paper analyzes the shared parking theories at home and abroad, anatomizes the feasibility of shared parking in appertaining parking facilities to the building, proposes the premise and form of Shared Parking, confirmed the advantages of Shared Parking. According to the problem of incompetent implementation in shared parking practices, this research summarizes the coping strategies to guide the practices of shared parking in appertaining parking facilities to the building in China.
