摘要
主要探讨光生载流子的功效应与光催化性能之间的联系,从光生载流子"功效应"的角度评价TiO2薄膜的光催化活性,为寻找其他的光催化活性评价方法建立相关基础。采用溶胶-凝胶法在普通载玻片上制备了TiO2薄膜,利用X射线衍射、Raman光谱、扫描电子显微镜对TiO2样品进行了表征,并通过对甲基橙降解反应测试了样品的光催化性能。结果表明:TiO2薄膜为锐钛矿结构且结晶良好,颗粒分布均匀,粒径约为80nm。光生载流子功效应通过计算Fermi能级劈裂值发现,Fermi能级劈裂值越大,TiO2薄膜的光催化性能越好,说明Fermi能级劈裂值在光催化活性评价中具有重要作用。
The relationship between photoinduced carrier working effect and the photocatalytic activity was invesigated to evaluate the photocatalytic activity.Titania (TiO 2) films were prepared by a sol-gel method.The structure were investigated by means of X-ray diffraction,Raman spectra and scanning electron microscope.The photocatalytic activity of TiO 2 films for methyl orange degradation reaction was also discussed.The results indicate that the film mainly consists of anatase particles with the average particle size of 80 nm.The working effect of photoinduced carrier was calculated via the splitting Fermi energy level,showing that the photocatalytic activity is better at a higher splitting Fermi energy level.The splitting Fermi energy level has a function on the evaluation of the photocatalytic activity.
