摘要
为了适合高压输入、低压大电流输出场合的直-直变换,提出了一种基于变压器串联的移相全桥变换器,且在该拓扑上加入电压互补性辅助网络,利用该辅助网络对输入电压和负载电流的自适应能力实现开关管全负载范围的零电压开关。详细分析了该变换器的工作原理及特性,并对电路关键参数进行了设计。在此基础上,设计完成了一台1.4kW(28V/50A)、开关频率为100kHz的原理样机,实验结果验证了该种拓扑的优点。
A phase-shifted full-bridge converter suitable for high voltage input and low-voltage high-current output applications is presented in this paper, which is based on series connection of transformer. It can realize ZVS in the entire load range with the use of voltage complementary auxiliary network. The operation principle and characteristics of this converter are analyzed, and the key parameters design method is given. A prototype rated 1.4kW (28V/50A), 100kHz based on the presented topology has been built. The performance of the presented topology is verified by the experimental results.
