摘要
提出了一种新颖的移相控制零电压开关(ZVS)推挽变换器。通过采用推挽变压器和两个附加的二极管,使该变换器实现了ZVS,并且有较高的可靠性。该拓扑结构和控制电路简单可行。最后给出了500W,70kHzDC/DC变换器的实验电路,验证了该方案的可行性。
A novel push-pull phase-shift ZVS converter is presented in this paper.By using two additional diodes and a push-pull transformer, this converter achieves not only ZVS of all active switches but also high reliability.This topology has simple structure and control strategy.Experimental results of a 500W 70kHz DC/DC converter are presented.
