利用全乳饲喂奶公犊牛生产小白牛肉的研究 被引量:4

摘要 试验利用全乳饲喂10头初生重为41.11±3.17 kg的荷斯坦公犊牛生产小白牛肉,研究公犊牛从出生至100 d的体尺、体重变化规律及100日龄时屠宰指标、肉质指标和获得的经济效益。试验结果表明,公犊牛的体尺、体重随着生长日龄的增加而增长,100日龄平均体重达到126.46±10.63 kg;屠宰率和净肉率分别为60.98±10.54%和46.11±7.82%,全期用乳量831.16 kg,可获利润1 529.92元。 In the article,10 Holstain bull calves(birth weight 41.11± 3.17 kg)were fed with whole milk to produce white veal.The aim was to study the variation of bull calves body size index,body weight and slaughter index,muscle quality parameters and economic benefit in the 100 day.The experiment showed that body size and body weight of bull calves were increased with feeding days,the average body weight in the 100 day was 126.46 ±10.63 kg,dressing percentage and meat percentage was 60.98% and 46.11% respectively, whole milk intake of a calf was 831 kg and net benefit of a calf was up to 1 529.92 Yuan
