摘要
煤炭企业的生产特点和物资需求特性,决定了煤炭企业应该进一步改革物资采购模式,完善供应商管理工作。为此,建立起针对煤炭企业供应商的科学评价指标体系,通过对供应商进行科学评价、动态考核,从而提升采购行为和供应商的合作层次。介绍了建立供应商评价指标体系的原则、步骤、内容,着重介绍了指标设计。
That coal enterprises should further reform their commodity purchasing patterns and perfect their supplier--supervising work is decided by the characteristics of their production and material demand. A scientific appraisal index system is therefore to be devised to raise the level of purchasing activities and promote the cooperation with suppliers through scientific apprai- sing and dynamic testing of suppliers. Thus a firm foundation is formed on which coal enterprises can ultimately promote their efficiency on a whole basis.
