摘要
提出了将DEA方法与模糊数学理论结合的Fuzzy-DEA方法。给出了区间数比较的方法,给出了物流客户服务评价的投入产出指标,建立了基于可能度序关系的Fuzzy-DEA模型并应用于物流企业客户服务水平的评价。最后,通过一个算例验证了该方法的有效性。
The paper presents a Fuzzy-DEA method based on data envelopment analysis method and fuzzy mathematics theories.A method for comparing interval numbers is given,and input and output indicators is put forward.We have proposed a Fuzzy-DEA model and applied it to the evaluation client service level of logistics enterprise.A numerical example illustrates the availability of the method.
