摘要
本文对蜂窝纸板进行准静态压缩实验,获得力-位移数据,借助Matlab软件,对其进行处理。通过Gauss拟合函数,获得精度较高的蜂窝纸板应力-应变模型;比较了纸板厚度、材质对平压强度的影响;通过蜂窝纸板静态缓冲系数-应力曲线,分析比较了厚度、面纸和芯纸的定量对其缓冲性能的影响。结果表明,纸板厚度对蜂窝纸板的平压强度和缓冲性能影响较小,而面纸和芯纸的定量对其影响较大。
The data of force-displacement of honeycomb paperboard was obtained by quasi-static compression experiment, which was processed with the help of Matlab software. Finally the model for stress-strain of honeycomb paperboard was found through the Gauss function, the precision was excellent. The influence of thickness and material on flat compression strength was analysed. Through the curve of static cushion coefficient-stress, this paper analysed the influence of thickness and materials on cushion performance of honeycomb paperboard. The results show that influence of thickness on cushion performance is less, while basis weight of face paper and core paper is more distinctness.
