摘要
本文基于纸浆模塑的静态压缩试验数据,按照不同规格的典型结构单元,建立了纸浆模塑制品典型结构单元数据库。采用C++编写典型结构单元查询系统,运用Pro/Engineer建立典型结构单元设计族表。在产品缓冲包装设计中,为改变目前定性设计的过程,简化制品设计流程,避免设计工作的重复性提供了一套实用方法。
Based on the analysis of the datas about static compression testing for different typical structural units, a database for typical structural unit of molded pulp was established, according to different structural units. A search system based on the database was developed by C＋＋, a family table was also established by using Pro/Engineer. During the design of cushion package, it is very useful to change the current qualitative design process, simplify the product design process and avoid the repetitive design work as a practical method.
