摘要
近年来我国网络信息资源建设取得了可喜的成绩,但也存在网络信息资源共享不均衡、在线数据库建设不健全、网络信息资源的检索功能不健全、网络信息资源污染现象严重等问题。为此,提出加快我国网络信息资源共享、加速我国在线数据库的建设、加强我国网络信息资源检索的建设、强化我国网络信息资源的管理等措施,以保证我国网络信息资源的快速健康发展。
In recent years, internet information resource construction in China has made gratifying achievements. However, there also exist some problems such as unbalanced distribution of resources, insufficient online database, deficient index functions of the resources, and severe pollution of the information resources. To solve these problems, countermeasures are proposed to promote the sharing internet information resources and building of online database. Also, these proposals aim to enhance indexation of these recourses and intensify the regulation to guarantee healthier development of the internet information resources.
