摘要
在氢溴酸条件下,以丙酮、乙二胺为原料,采用非模板合成法———席夫碱法合成四氮杂大环席夫碱化合物(a),再经NaBH4还原成5,5,7,12,12,14-六甲基-1,4,8,11-四氮杂环十四烷水合物(L),并采用一个索氏提取器的替代装置改进了对(L)的分离方法,分离得到(L)的异构体(b)和(c);对四氮杂大环席夫碱化合物在不同种酸(氢溴酸和高氯酸)条件下的合成方法进行了对比研究,用1H-NMR和13C-NMR证实了化合物(a)和(L)的结构。
5,5,7,12,12,14-hexamethyl-1,4,8,11-tera-azacycloteradeca-4,11-diene(a) was synthesized by the reaction of dihydrobromide of ethylene diamine with acetone.Then it was reduced by NaBH4 to form two diasteoisomeric hexamethyltetra-azacyclo-tetradacanes(b,meso) and(c,racemic).The separating method of isomers(b) and(c) was improved by using a substitute of Saxhlet apparatus.The synthetic methods of tetraazamacrocyclic Schiff-base compound(a) under hydrobromic acid and perchloric acid conditions were compared. The synthetic methods of tetraazamacrocyclic Schiff - base compound (a) under hydrobromic acid and perchloric acid conditions were compared. The structure of compounds (a) and (b) was confirmed by 1 H - NMR and 13C-NMR.
