慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性感染与机体免疫系统的关系

Effect of organism immune function in acutely exacerbated chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

摘要 慢性阻塞性肺疾病反复发作必将加重肺功能恶化。其急性加重与感染密切相关。机体在抗感染免疫中发挥的作用越来越受到重视,包括了先天性免疫和获得性免疫机制。其中,免疫细胞及免疫分子在慢性阻塞性肺疾病的发生、发展中起了重要作用。也为如何纠正免疫系统失衡,在临床治疗上提出了新的方向。 Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease's recurrention inevitable increases the lung function deterioration, acutely exacerbated associated closely to infection. Anti infection immunity in the body plays more and more attention to the role, including the innate immune and acquired immune mechanisms. Immune cells and immune molecules play the important role in the occurrence and development of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. That new researches bring forward to how to correct the imbalance of the immune system in the clinical treatment.
