摘要
目的探讨理性情绪疗法对精神分裂症患者自尊水平及心理状态的影响。方法按住院先后顺序将112名精神分裂症患者分为研究组和对照组,对照组进行常规治疗、护理及健康教育,研究组在此基础上进行理性情绪疗法。干预前、后采用自尊量表、自我接纳问卷及症状自评量表分别进行效果评价。结果干预前两组患者的自尊量表、自我接纳问卷及症状自评量表评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后研究组患者的自尊量表、自我接纳问卷评分高于对照组(P<0.01),而症状自评量表评分低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论理性情绪疗法可帮助精神分裂症患者消除自卑心理,增加自我评价和自我接纳程度,并提高其自尊水平。
Objective To explore the effects of rational emotive therapy on the level of self - esteem and psychological states of schizophrenic patients. Method One hundred and twelve schizophrenic patients were assigned to the experimental group and control group according to their admission order. Two groups both received routine treatments, nursing and health education. In addition, the patients in the experimental group received rational emotive therapy. They were assessed with SelfEsteem Scale （SES） , Self- Acceptance Questionnaire （SAQ） , and Symptom Checklist 90 （SCL- 90） before and after the treatment. Results Before the treatment,there were no significant differences between the two groups on the scores of SES,SAQ and SCL - 90. After the treatment,the pa- tients in the experimental group had statistically higher scores on SES and SAQ, and lower scores on SCL - 90 than those in the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions The rational emotive therapy is effective to help schizophrenic patients eliminate their feeling of inferiority and increase the levels of self - evalua-ion, self - acceptance and self - esteem.
