摘要
目的探讨护士离职是否与其职业兴趣不同有关,为减少护士流失、稳定护理队伍提供依据。方法采用配对比较研究方法 ,分析34名主动离职护士与34名同期聘用在同一病区的护士的职业兴趣的异同,采用黄氏职业兴趣量表进行职业兴趣测量。结果两组护士社会性兴趣倾向人数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组护士的6类职业兴趣差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但离职组护士的社会性兴趣平均得分显著高于除艺术性兴趣以外的其他兴趣类型,而对照组社会性兴趣得分只与实务性及探究性兴趣有差异。结论本组护士的离职现象与单纯社会性兴趣无关,是否因企业性和常规性兴趣较低尚需进一步探讨。
Objective To explore the correlation between nurses'dismission and their vocational interests, and provide basis for taking measures to decrease nurses turnover and stabilize nurse team. Methods The match compared method was adopted. Thirty - four initiative dismisslon nurses were matched to 34 nurses who began to work at the same time and in the same ward but remained in job. Vocational interests were measured by Wong's Vocational Interests Scale. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in the proportion of having social interest and the scores of 6 types of vocational interests. However,the score of social interest was significantly higher than that of other interests except artistic interest in the dismission group, while the control group,only the score of social interest was higher only than that of practical and exploring interests in the control group. Conclusion There is no significant relationship between nurses'initiative dimission and their social interest. Further research should be taken to explore the possible effects of low level of entrepreneurial and conventional interests.
