摘要 胶原蛋白具有特殊的生物化学特性,在医疗、食品等领域有广泛用途,经酶解精制成小分子胶原蛋白肽添加于食品中,有润泽皮肤、抗皱、补钙、强身壮骨的功能。所以,选用胶原蛋白添加于保健品壮骨粉中对中老年骨质疏松能够起到一定的保健作用。 The collagen has special biollgical and chemical characteristic that has widely application in medicine and food industry fields.The collagen has been enzymatie reaction process refined for small molecule collagen add in food have skin care, keep watery lubrication fullness effect.So,adding collagen powder in health food Zhuanggu of osteoporosis in old age has played a certain role in health care.
