摘要
在ＣＳＣＷ系统中，协作感知是多用户协同工作的基础。如何向用户提供有效的协作感知是设计实时群件系统接口的关键技术之一。本文对ＣＳＣＷ系统中的感知问题进行了研究，提出了一个层次的协作感知支持框架，并主要针对工作空间感知问题，讨论了工作空间感知的基本要素和实现机制，介绍了各种实时群件系统中工作空间感知技术的实现。
The maintenance of awareness is the basis of cooperative work in multi-user groupware systems. How to provide effective awareness supporting is one of the key technical problems in designing real time groupware interface. In this paper, we discuss the awareness issues in groupware systems. We propose a hierarchical conceptual framework that supports the maintenance of awareness in groupware, and the elements and mechanisms of the workspace awareness are described. We also show several implementation methods of the maintenance of workspace awareness in groupware systems.
