摘要
猪传染性胃肠炎(TGE)是由猪传染性胃肠炎病毒(TGEV)引起的一种以猪的严重腹泻、呕吐和脱水为临床特征的高度接触性传染病。现已成为一种世界性猪的疾病,随着分子生物学的发展,对TGEV的研究取得了较大的进展,就TGEV的预防和治疗的研究进展做一阐述,旨在为探索对该病的更为有效的预防和治疗方法奠定基础。
Swine transmissible gastroenteritis （TGE） is a highly contagious infectious disease caused by swine transmissible gastroenteritis virus （TGEV）. Its clinical characteristics are diarrhea, vomiting and dehydration, and presently it has been a worldwide swine disease. With the development of molecular biology, it has made great progress on the study of TGEV. This article makes a summary on the progress of the prevention and treatment, which will provide methods of precaution and therapy for TGEV.
