目的病案资源得到充分的开发和利用,充分体现病案资料的保存价值,提高医院的医疗技术和科学管理水平。方法以人为本,以病人为中心的主动服务观念。创建和谐医院,创造愉悦的工作环境;改善工作条件和设备。结果更好地为医、教、研服务、为职能科室服务,为病人服务。结论科室和谐是医院、社会和谐的基础,是发挥病案信息生命力的保障和源泉。
Objects Cases and resources can be fully developed and utilized. To reflect the value of the medical record information to improve the hospital＇s medical technology and scientific management. Methods We apply people- oriented, patient - centered concept of active service to establish a harmonious hospitals, create a pleasant working environment, and improve working conditions and equipments. Results We provide better medical care, teaching and research services for the medical departments and patients. Conclusions Departments harmony is the basis for hospital and social harmony, and is also played by the protection and source of vitality for medical record information.
