干扰素-α诱发狼疮样综合征1例报告 被引量：2

摘要 患者 女，17岁，因发热、少尿4个月，抽搐3个月于2009年4月17日入院。患者于2007年9月发现乙型肝炎，HBs-DNA 5.397×10^6，予IFN-α 2×10^6 IU隔日1次治疗10个月，5×10^6 IU隔日1次治疗2个月。2008年12月20日患者出现发热，尿量减少，血小板计数（PLT）29×10^9／L，24h尿蛋白1.134g，血肌酐（Cr）383μmol/L，
