摘要
目的 :对全自动生化分析的两种分析方法 (干片式分析和湿化学分析 )的结果进行比较。方法 :收集 10 0例血清标本 ,分别在日立 7170A和强生VITROS全自动生化分析仪上测定 13个分析项目 (TB、DB、ALT、TP、ALB、BU、CREA、UA、GLU、CK、AST、ALP、GGT)。结果 :BU、CREA、ALB、AST、ALT、UA、ALP、GLU、CK的结果比较P <0 0 5 ,认为两种分析方法结果有差异 ;TP、GGT、TB、DB的结果比较P >0 0 5 ,认为两种分析方法的结果一致。相关回归分析 :r值均大于 0 930 ,相关性检验P >0 0 5。结论 :某些生化检测项目的结果在两种分析方法间存在差异。
Objective:Compare two results of two analytic methods(dry chemistry and liquid chemistry).Methods:One hundred biochemistry tests(include TB?DB?ALT?TP?ALB?BU?CREA?UA?GLU?CK?AST?ALP?GGT)were analyzed by Hitachi analyzer and Vitros analyzer.Results:some tests(BU?CREA?ALB?AST?ALT?UA?ALP?GLU?CK)of Hitachi 7170A analyzer were compared with those of Vitros analyzer( P <0 05);some tests(TP?GGT?TB?DB)of Hitachi 7170A analyzer were compared with those of Vitros analyzer( P >0 05);correlation reveals:All tests are r>0 930 and P <0 05.Conclusion:There are difference in some tests between two analytic methods.
