摘要
目的:观察王氏胃萎宁治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎伴肠上皮化生的临床疗效。方法:将80例患者随机分为治疗组50例和对照组30例。治疗组服用王氏胃萎宁汤剂,对照组服用胃复春。3个月为1个疗程,两组治疗均为2个疗程。结果:经Ridit分析,治疗组临床证候疗效、胃镜疗效及病理疗效均较对照组为优(P<0.05)。结论:王氏胃萎宁治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎伴肠上皮化生有较好的临床疗效。
Objective： To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of ＂ WangShi WeiWeiNing Decoction＂ on chronic atrophic gastritis（CAG） with intestinal metaplasia （IM）. Methods： 80 subjects were randomly divided into two groups： treatment group in which 50 cases were treated with ＂WangShi WeiWeiNing Decoction＂ and control group in which 50 cases were treated with ＂WeiFuChun Tablet＂. A course of treatment was 3 months, totally 2 courses. Results ： Tested by Ridit, it showed the treatment group was better than the matched controlled group in curative effect of symptom （ P 〈 0.05）, electro - gastroscope examination （ P 〈 0.05 ） and pathological effect （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion ：＂ WangShi Wei- WeiNing Decoction＂ is quite effective for chronic atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia.
