上皮钙黏附素在结直肠癌中的表达及临床意义

摘要 目的研究结直肠癌相关的上皮钙黏附素(E-cadherin,E-cad)在不同结直肠黏膜中的表达及其与结直肠癌各种临床病理因素之间的关系。方法标本来源于癌组织手术切除标本。免疫组织化学染色法检测E-cad,比较分析E-cad在不同结直肠癌组织中的表达。结果随着结直肠癌浸润深度加深,E-cad膜表达缺失率升高,淋巴结转移组表达缺失率高于非淋巴结转移组。结论E-cad表达可能参与结直肠癌的发生,并与结直肠癌浸润转移有密切关系。 Objective To evaluate the expression of colorectal cancer related E-cadherin(E-cad) in different colorectal mucosa and the relationship with the hispathology of colorectal cancer.Methods The samples were obtained from colorectal carcinoma resection specimens.The expression of E-cad was assayed by using immunohistochemical staining,compared and studied with the expression of E-cad in different colorectal carcinoma.Results The results showed the FE-cad expression were increased markedly in colorectal cancer group as compared with adenomas and normal mucosa group.And the E-cad positive rate was related to the staging of carcinoma.and were in accored with lymphanode metastasis group.Conclusion Overexpression of E-cad may be involved in the oncogenic potential of colorectal cancer and may be concerned with the invasion and metastasis of colorectal carcinoma.
