上皮钙黏附素及β-连接素在大肠癌中的表达及其临床意义

摘要 目的探讨上皮钙黏附素(E-cd)及其相关蛋白β-连接素在大肠癌中的表达及其意义。方法应用免疫组化S-P法检测E-cd及β-catenin在45例大肠癌中的表达。结果在大肠癌中,E-cd、β-catenin表达与肿瘤分化程度、浸润程度、生长方式有密切相关;E-cd与淋巴结转移无关,而β-catenin与淋巴结转移有密切相关。结论E-cd、β-catenin的表达水平可以作为评价大肠癌的生物学特性,预测大肠癌转移潜能的参考指标。
