摘要
以对羟基苯磺酸钠为起始原料,壬酰氯为酰化剂,选用丙酮为反应溶剂,三乙胺为缚酸剂制备壬酰氧基苯磺酸钠.研究各合成工艺因素对其产率的影响,优化NOBS合成工艺.最佳工艺条件为:对羟基苯磺酸钠,壬酰氯和三乙胺物质量比为1∶1.3∶1.5,反应温度0~5℃,反应时间2h,反应溶剂丙酮,溶剂质量分数100%,缚酸剂三乙胺,产率达89%,分别用化学滴定法,高效液相色谱确定产品质量分数约98%.
A synthesis method of aryl carboxylate esters was reported.It was made from the reaction of sodium 4-phenolsulfonate with Nonanoyl chloride,using Triethylamine as an acid-captor in a one-step process.Triethylamine could absorb hydrogen chloride produced in the reaction,so the reaction speed was accelerated greatly.The factors affecting the preparation of aryl carboxylate esters were investigated.At optimal conditions,the yield reached 89 % and esteraselevel 98 %.The product was characterized by IR and HLPC analysis method.
