摘要
采用跳台和避暗法，观察康维命（ＣＶＭ）对小鼠学习和记忆获得的影响。结果表明，ＣＶＭ能提高小鼠的学习和记忆获得能力。两种方法均可用于促进学习记忆试验新药品的筛选，跳台法可观察对学习和记忆获得的影响。
The purpose of this paper is to test CVMs effects on mices learning ability and memory acquirement by step down test and step through test.It was proved that CVM can improve not only mices learning ability but also their memory acquirement.Both of the two methods can be used to choose this medicine that helps the improvement of learning ability and memory acquirement.Step through test can only test medicines effects on memory acquirement,while step down test can test the effects on learning ability as well as memory acquirement.
