摘要
本文报道了应用湿润烧伤膏治疗深度烧伤217例，疗效满意，治愈率100％。通过临床观察，肯定MEBO治疗烧伤有如下优点：（1）防止创面蒸发，减少休克期补液量；（2）具有显著的创面止痛作用；（3）改善烧伤局部微循环，阻止创面加深；（4）能有效地预防创面感染；（5）控制纤维素的过度分化、增殖、减轻疤痕增生挛缩。认为应用MEBO治疗烧伤是一种较好的方法。
217 patients with deep burn wounds were treated with MEBO. The results werevery satisfactory. The curative rate was 100%. MEBO has the following advantages: 1. It pre-vents wound evaporation and reduces the infusion volume at shock stage. 2. It has good analgesiceffect. 3. It improves local microcriculation, thus protects wounds from deepening. 4. It con-trols hyperplasia of fibrous tissue, thus reduces scar formation.
