摘要
设计了一种基于MODBUS协议的能对多通道(24路)进行数据采集、存储与显示的实用性较高温度的数据采集系统。介绍了MODBUS协议及RS-485通讯,并给出了采集系统的工作原理及软件、硬件设计和功能实现的方法。系统主要是为了提高数据采集系统的实时性和可靠性,这种基于MODBUS的温度数据采集系统应用于发电厂,为温度数据的实时采集与控制提供了一种实用的联网技术方案,确实增加了数据采集系统的实时性和稳定性,对目前数据采集系统的发展起到了推动和促进作用。
This paper designed a temperature data acquisition system based on MODBUS, introducing the MODBUS and R8-485. It also presents the working principle , software and hardware design of the acquisition system and function realization.. The new data acquisition system is to improve the real-time and reliability of the data acquisition. This data acquisition system is used in power plants. The practical application shows that the system provides a practical program of networking technology for real-time acquisition and the temperature control. It surely increases the real-time and stability of data acquisition system, which plays an important role on the development of the current data acquisition system.
