摘要
工作流技术已被广泛应用于各个领域,成为当今研究的一个新热点。本文论述了工作流过程建模的相关理论基础及研究现状,并结合电信业务开通流程的规范要求在现有的工作流过程建模的基础上提出了相应的改进,使其简单而有效的支撑综合服务开通系统,实现电信业务流程的快速定制与灵活部署。
Workflow technology becomes a new hot spot in research fields nowadays,and it has been extensively applied to lots of fields. This paper discusses the related theory foundation and the research condition of the Workflow process modeling. Combined with the criterion of services process in telecommunication it puts forward some improvement to the existed process modeling, which can be applied to IPSS simply and effectively and makes telecommunication services process fast customization and flexible disposition available.
