摘要
BPR是对企业的业务流程进行根本性再思考和彻底性再设计,以取得业绩的显著提升的有效方法。文章在分析工作流程模型基本要素的基础上提出了一种适用于BPR的基于Petri网的模型———工作流网,该模型增强了对企业核心流程活动的性能的描述和分析能力。最后文章通过一个业务流程的实例实现了基于扩展Petri网的BPR过程,并讨论和分析了该业务流程重构过程的正确性。
Business Process Reengineering （BPR） is an effective method for corporations to radically redesign business processes and to achieve dramatic improvement. This paper presents a new Petri net model——workflow net, which enhances the capability to visualize and analyze enterprise＇s core process movement. In the end, this paper realized the processes of BPR based on workflow net modeling, then discussed the processes about validity by a business process re-engineering example.
