摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了二氧化硅负载的高氯酸(HClO4-SiO2)固体酸催化剂,并用于催化大豆油与乙醇的酯交换反应制备生物柴油,研究了催化剂的处理温度、醇油摩尔比、催化剂用量、溶剂正庚烷用量和回流反应时间对酯交换反应的影响。在最优条件下,即催化剂处理温度为100℃、醇油摩尔比为8∶1、催化剂用量为油质量的5.0%、正庚烷用量为油质量的30.0%、回流反应时间为8 h,生物柴油的产率达到59.80%。
The silica supported perchloric acid(HClO4-SiO2) solid acid catalyst was prepared by sol-gel method.The catalyst was used for the transesterification of soybean and ethanol to obtain biodiesel.The effects of the treatment temperature for catalyst,the molar ratio of ethanol to oil,the catalyst dosage,the heptane dosage and the reflux reaction time were investigated in detail.The optimum conditions to prepare biodiesel were as follows:the treatment temperature for catalyst was 100℃,n(ethanol)∶n(oil)was 8∶1,the mass fraction of catalyst in oil was 5.0%,the mass fraction of heptane in oil was 30.0%,the reflux reaction time was 8 h,and the biodiesel yield could reach 59.80%.
