磁性固体催化剂催化制备生物柴油的研究 被引量:25

摘要 乌桕是我国特有的四大木本油料树种之一,本研究用磁性固体催化剂催化乌桕梓油制备生物柴油。通过正交试验得出最佳条件下的酯化率为95.59%;气相色谱检测表明:由乌桕梓油制备的生物柴油的主要成分是C16∶0、C18∶0、C18∶1、C18∶2和C18∶3的脂肪酸甲酯。 Chinese tallow tree is one of the four major woody oil trees in China. The method of preparing biodiesel from chinese tallow kernel oil by magnetic solid catalyst was tested in this paper. The test results of orthogonal design indicated that the optimal esterification ratio was 95.59 %. The fatty acid ester in main components of the biodiesel was C18: 0, C18:1, C18 : 2, C18 : 3 determined by Gaseous Phase Chromatogram.
