OPTIMIZATION OF PIPE-BLOWING TECHNOLOGY UNDER STABLE PRESSURE FOR SUPERCRITICAL ONCE-THROUGH BOILER

摘要 大唐黄岛发电厂5号机组超临界直流锅炉采用简单疏水大气扩容式起动系统,在采用等离子点火起动过程中不能实现稳压无油耗吹管。通过机组起动过程中的热平衡分析,对稳压吹管技术进行了优化,实现了超临界直流锅炉的零油耗稳压吹管,经济效益明显。 The start -up system of simple drain and atmospheric flashing has been used for supercritical once- through boielr of unit NO. 5 in Datang Huangdao Power Plant,in the process of start -up using plasma ignition,the pipe- blowing under stable pressure without oil consumption can't be realized. Through heat balance analysis in the start - up process of unit, the optimization in pipe - blowing technology under stable pressure has been carried out,the pipe - blowing technology under stable pressure with zero oil consumption for supercritical once - through boiler being realized, boasting remarkable economic benefits.
