摘要
介绍了在华能太仓发电有限责任公司超临界机组4号锅炉调试中采用稳压和不熄火降压方式蒸汽吹洗的情况。吹洗结果表明,4号锅炉无论采用稳压或不熄火降压方式吹洗,均能保证要求的吹管系数及吹洗质量。不熄火降压方式吹洗的效果优于稳压法,且省时、省燃料、省除盐水、操作简化。
The situation of steam blowing by using pressure- stabilizing method and pressure- reducing method under condition without putting out the fire in debugging process of boiler no. 4 for supercritical unit in Huaneng Taicang Power Generation Co Ltd has been presented. Practice in blowing shows that the required pipe - blowing coefficient and Mowing quality can be ensured no matter what method is used for steam blowing, however, the effectiveness of pressure - reducing method under condition without putting out the fire is superior than that of pressure- stabilizing method, saving time, fuel, and desalting water, and being simple in operation.
