丹酚酸B对妊高征大鼠的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究丹酚酸B对妊高征的治疗作用.方法将45只妊娠后的大鼠随机分为正常妊娠组、模型对照组及丹酚酸B组,内毒素法造成妊高征模型,同时丹酚酸B组每日尾静脉注射丹酚酸B 22.5 mg/kg,给药期间各组大鼠每隔2 d测量血压及24 h尿蛋白量,妊娠第20天处死动物检查胎盘重量及孕鼠数.结果丹酚酸B组大鼠血压及24 h尿蛋白量明显低于模型对照组,胎盘明显重于模型对照组,孕鼠数也明显增多.结论丹酚酸B对妊高征有很好的治疗作用. 45 pregnant rats were randomly divided into normal pregnant groups,model groups and Salvianolic acid B(Sal B)-treated groups. Pregnancy-induced Hypertension(PIH) rats model were induced by endotoxin infusing via caudal vein,and Sal B had been administered to the therapy groups at 22.5 mg·kg^-1 per day. The blood pressure and 24 hours urine protein of three groups of rats were recorded every two days. All of the rats were killed;the number of fetal rats and the weight of placenta were measured on the 20th day of gestation. The results showed that blood pressure and 24 hours urine protein in Sal B-treated groups were obviously lower than those in model groups, the number of fetal rats was much more and the weight of placenta was heavier. So the research indicates that Sal B can be used to treat PIH.
