摘要
采用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计等研究方法,对湖南省高校体育场地设施对社会开放的情况进行调查分析.结果表明:湖南省大部分高校体育场地设施不同程度面向社会开放,总体处于不成熟阶段;高校领导、学生和当地居民对体育场地设施开放持积极态度;影响湖南省高校体育场地设施对社会开放的主要因素包括:缺乏相关法律法规监督、缺乏有效的管理体制、投资大维护费用高、安全存在隐患等,只有探索出一条适合高校体育场地设施对社会开放的可行之径,才能有效的缓解大众健身的需求和体育场地不足之间的矛盾,促进全民健身运动的推广.
By means of documentation law, questionnaires and mathematical statistics, openness to the society of sports facilities was studied in universities in Hunan province. The results showed that the majority of sports facilities in universities in Hunan province were to the open society, but the whole is still in its immature stage. The majority of the leaders of universities, students and participations in sports facilities universities in Hunan province openness to the society have a positive attitude. The influence factors openness to the society of sports facilities in universities in Hunan province were shown as follow： the lack of related laws and unified management system, security, grounds maintenance costs, therefore, only exploring a suitable sports facilities universities open to the community a viable path, can be effectively mitigation of the public demand for fitness and sports grounds in the contradiction between the lack of in order to better promote the popularity of fitness.
