摘要
通过对北京、河北、山西、黑龙江、吉林、沈阳、山东、浙江、福建、贵州、四川等地的县级以下中学的体育场馆向社会开放情况的调查研究 ,揭示目前我国中学体育场馆的开放状况及存在的问题 ,提出了抓住减轻学生课业负担的契机 。
Through making a survey on the opening situation of under county-level middle school sports fields and gymnasia to the public in Beijing, Hebei, Shanxi, Heilongjiang, Jilin, Shenyang, Shandong, Zhejiang, Fujian, Guizhou, Sichuan and so on, the author analyzes the current opening conditions and relative problems occurred in our middle school sports fields and gymnasia, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures on grasping a turning point of decreasing students' course burden and making good use of middle school sports fields and gymnasia and opening to the students and Society in the form of sports clubs.
