摘要
希望能为高等教育学校教学管理中应用胜任力研究提供理论依据和方法支持。以华中科技大学部分教师和学生为被试,采用行为事件访谈法、问卷调查、因素分析等方法探索了高等教育学校教师教学所需的核心胜任力。研究结果表明,高校教师教学胜任力模型由8大核心因素构成。本研究是以胜任力理论为基础对高校教师教学评价所作的一个尝试性的探讨,取得了一些有一定学术及应用价值的数据资料和结论,最后也对今后的研究作出了展望。
the author hopes to provide the theoretical support and the methodological dist for the higher education through the dissertation research. The researcher selected a portion of teachers and students from Huazhong University of Science and Tech- nology, behavioral event interview, questionnaire and factor anlysis have been used to explore the required competency model. The research finding revealed the competency model of the higher education teaching. The research explores the way to estab- lish the professional assessment system on the higher education teaching. The research findings provide some data and informa- tion with technicality value. As conclusion ,the researcher points out the key problems for further research which is not be fully investigated in the dissertation.
