胰腺癌的免疫治疗进展

摘要 胰腺癌发病率有逐年增高的趋势，由于其恶性程度高，侵袭性强，转移早，手术切除率低，术后复发率高，因而缺乏有效的治疗手段，现已成为一种严重威胁人类健康的消化系统恶性肿瘤。为此，寻求新的、有效的胰腺癌治疗手段已成为广大医学工作者共同努力的方向。
