摘要
目的：观察中西医结合治疗难治性溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法：将１２８例难治性溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为２组，治疗组６６例采用辨证施治，予健脾益气中药以及西药柳氮磺胺嘧啶局部用药治疗，对照组６２例采用单纯西药治疗。结果：２组治疗６０日后，治疗组Ｅ玫瑰花环形成率及淋巴细胞转化率明显增高，免疫球蛋白明显降低，对照组以上指标均无明显变化。治疗组总有效率９７．０％，对照组为８３．９％，２组比较有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论：健脾益气中药加直肠局部用药的中西医综合疗法是治疗难治性溃疡性结肠炎的有效方法。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of TCM WM on refractory ulcerative colitis (RUC).Methods:One hundred and twentyeight cases of RUC were divided randomly into 2 groups:treatment group (n=66) was treated with Jianpi Yiqi(健脾益气) recipe through differentiationtyping and salicylazosulfapyridine for local medication;the control group (n=62) was treated with western medicine alone.Results:Sixty days after therapy,the rates of Erosette formation and lymphocyte transformation were raised obviously,immunoglobulin concentration was decreased obviously,while all above parameters were no changed in control group,the total effective rates were 970% and 839% in treatment group and control group respectively,there had obvious differences between 2 groups (P<005).Conclusions:TCM WM therapy including Jianpi Yiqi recipe and rectum local medication is an effective method for treating RUS.
