摘要
为观察内服愈肠汤联合石黄汤灌肠加芙蓉叶栓纳肛治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效，将120例溃疡性结肠炎患者分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组64例，采用愈肠汤内服，每日1剂，同时用石黄汤灌肠和芙蓉叶栓剂纳肛；对照组56例，给予柳氮磺吡啶（SASP）口服加灌肠，两组疗程均为3个月。总有效率治疗组96．9％，对照组89．3％（P〈0．05）。结果表明，内服愈肠汤合石黄汤灌肠加芙蓉叶栓纳肛治疗溃疡性结肠炎有较好的疗效。
In order to observe therapeutic effects of the combined therapies（including oral administration of Yu Chang Decoction,enema with Shihuang Decoction,and Folium Hibisci Suppository for pading anus） for ulcerative colitis, the 120 patients were divided into treatment group, which was subjected to the combined therapies ,and controlled group（ n=56 cases） ,which to oral administration of SASP plus enema. The treatment courses of both groups all took 3 monthes. The effective rate was 96.9% in treatment group,while was 89.3% in controlled group（ P〈0.05）. These results show that above-mentioned combined therapies has better curative effects than others.
