摘要
采用正交试验对鼻康口服液的制备工艺进行研究。以成品沉淀量、澄明度及色泽为该口服液的考察指标,结果表明:以改良明胶法为沉淀方法,沉淀时间为12h,成品的pH值为4.5时。
The orthogonal design was adopted to study the optimum preparation procedure for Bikang oral liquid, with the precipitation volume, clarity, color and lustre of finished product as study indexes the result indicated that the optimum experiment factors: gelatim improving methodprecipitation method, 12hprecipitation time and 4.5the pH of finished product.
