摘要
本文运用正交设计方法对聚乙烯吡咯烷酮—碘(PVP-l)的合成工艺进行了优化改进,以95%乙醇代替传统的二氯甲烷作溶媒;聚乙烯吡咯烷酮及碘的投料量比为15:35(w/w);反应时间为2.0h;温度控制在沸点水平,改进后的方法反应完全,有效碘含量较高,操作简易、安全。
Orthogonal experimental design was usedin the synthesis of povidone-iodine complex(PVP-Ⅰ)for optimization of the reactive condi-tions. In 95% ethanol, the mixture of povidoneand iodine(15:3.5, w/w)was refluxed for 2hours. The product in higher available iodinecontent could be obtained and the procedurewas simplified as well.
