摘要
文章通过文献资料法、逻辑分析法、访谈调查法等方法,对我国部分高校体育产业化发展进行研究,旨在发现当前高校体育产业发展遇到的困境。研究结果表明,高校体育产业发展面临的困境主要表现为体制困境、经营困境、管理困境、人力资源困境等,并提出了消解措施。
With the methods of literature,analysis and suruey,etc.this paper attempts to study sports industrialization in China s colleges and universities,whose aim is to find some problems in it.The result shows that the problems with industrialization in China s colleges and universities are from sports organization system,managing process human resources,etc.Then,the author gives a legitimate soloutions to the problems.
