摘要
从国人不同时期的学习消费支出的状况，教育（含体育教育）扩大内需、刺激消费的功能，国外教育抢滩国内市场后造成的资金、人才流失，国人体育教育消费观念的转变等方面，运用西方经济学家的观点进行详尽分析，得出体育教育产业化势在必行的结论从教育思想，后勤服务保障体系，发展多层次办学，进一步拓宽体育教育储蓄、体育教育贷款渠道，将国内体育教育的触角伸向广阔的国际市场等方面给出体育教育迅速发展的相应对策。
According to the western economist's view, the paper analyses expenditure on education (in- cluding physical education) in different periods and the functions that education is used to enlarge the internal needs and to stimulate the expenses. It also reveals the less of funds and intellectuals alter the foreign education captures the internal market. The PE consuming concepts are changing now. Then it concludes that it is imperative to turn physical education into an industry and offers the corresponding countermeasures.
