番茄中性/碱性蔗糖转化酶基因的电子克隆、分析及表达载体的构建 被引量:7

摘要 利用电子克隆方法从番茄中分离出番茄中性/碱性蔗糖转化酶基因部分cDNA序列。测序结果表明该序列长度为1718bp,包含完整的开放阅读框,编码571个氨基酸。Alignment分析显示该蛋白与其他植物已知的中性/碱性蔗糖转化酶具有很高的同源性,推测该蛋白为番茄中性/碱性蔗糖转化酶。RT-PCR检测显示它在蕾、果、叶中的表达强于在花、茎中的表达,胁迫处理下表达基本一致。
