纳米硫化镉制备条件对光催化活性的影响

摘要 以光降解甲基橙溶液为探针反应,考察了温度、[Cd^(2+)]/[S^(2-)]、表面过剩S^(2-)和模板剂相对量等纳米硫化镉(CdS)晶粒制备条件对其光催化活性的影响,并用紫外-可见吸收分光光度计进行了简单的表征。结果表明,CdS纳米颗粒的最佳制备条件是:反应温度为26℃,[Cd^(2+)]/[S^(2-)]最佳摩尔比为1:3,模板剂正丁胺与二硫化碳的最佳摩尔比为3:1。 The effects of the conditions for preparation of CdS particleson, such as : the photocatalysis activity, namely, temperature, [ Cd^2 + ] / [ S^2- ], superfluous S^2- and the amount of template, were investigated through a photoeatalytic degradation of methyl orange as a probe reaction. The product was characterized by UV -vis spectrum. The results showed that the.best condition to prepare CdS nanopartieles on the optimal photoeatalytic activity was as follows:the reaction temperature was 26℃, the [Cd^2+ ]/ [S^2- ]was equal to 1 : 3 and the molar ratio of Template butylamine and CS2 was 3 : 1.
